Geez Louize!!!

Hey you’re in the right spot….DON’T freak…..just a theme change. 

It’s my birthday today so I’m giving myself a present.  I basically chose the first theme I saw when I started this blog and for about a month now, each time I saw my site I cringed a little.  Change is good right?  Anywho….I got the funniest call from my sister (who reads my blog) laughing her ass off from Fridays’ post.  Mostly, because she knows me and knows I like to sing at the top of my lungs whether I know the song or not.  (did I ever tell you that I lived with her for a year?)  But, mostly she called me to let me know that she had been singing that  song all fricken weekend.  And that she would occasionally break off into fits of laughter imagining me singing it with the words that I “thought” I knew.

I’m a terrible singer.  I can at least admit that much.   I’m 38 now.  So, I can admit lots of stuff about myself and not give a shit what people think.  Age is great in that respect.

Okay, guess I should update on HASAY.  But, there isn’t much to talk about.  I did NOTHING last week to get my fat ass in a bikini.  Let me repeat that….NOTHING.  No walking.  No diet.  I even finally dipped into the Halloween candy.  At least I waited that long!  The stress is killing me.  You know what stress I’m talking about right?  Duh….the wedding.  And though I thought that this was going to be easy.  We have both been married before, so we don’t need that traditional shit that goes with first time marriages.  But, it isn’t turning out that way at all! 

My mother is like…”Oh, you need to get out invitations to immediate family only and announcement to other people.  You need to do this, you need to do that.”  UGH!  And to top it off….she isn’t even coming to the wedding.  Yeah, you heard me right.  I’m okay with it now.  I am almost 40.  My parents don’t need to be there.  I only want AF and the kids.  Us and them.  But, it still hurts none the less to know that your parents don’t want to be there.  I really hope that I am not like that when my children are older.  No, I know that I will NOT be like that!  I don’t care if I’m attending Mr. P.’s 5th wedding.  I will be there if he wants me to be. 

Oh, back to HASAY……got a little off track there!  Okay, I will try harder this week to actually do something with my lazy ass.  :)   (so be nice Casey…we can’t all be awesome like you!)

Oh, and I forgot to mention…..AF and I are moving in together before we get married.  Like, in a few weeks.  We found a great house to rent that has……7 bedrooms.  Do you know how fricken hard that was to find?  So, to top off my stress with the wedding, I will be moving as well.  Frick-an-A!!!!
